I think it’s just brilliant when Stampin’ Up! has Designer Series Paper that coordinates with dies to be able to cut out the images.
As such, you can cut out the large poinsettia image from the Poinsettia Place Designer Series Paper using the Poinsettia Dies…brilliant!
My card starts off with Thick Whisper White cardstock. I then took a thin pattern from the Poinsettia Place Designer Series Paper and adhered it down using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I then used the Poinsettia Dies to cut out the beautiful big poinsettia flower from the Pointsettia Place Designer Series Paper. Underneath I used the same dies to cut out two sprigs from Soft Suede cardstock.
Right underneath the diagonal Designer Series Paper I stamped the sentiment from the Poinsettia Petals Stamp Set in Soft Suede ink.
Lastly, I added a few pearls around.
Thanks for checking out my project today!
Today’s card was inspired by this week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge.

Just gorgeous! I love the slash of patterned paper and sentiment placement. Thanks for playing along with us at FMS this week!
This is such a beautiful Christmas card! I just love that you can diecut the paper! The poinsettia is so pretty! Thanks for joining us this week at Freshly Made Sketches!
Such a beautiful flower! Gorgeous holiday card!
Jamie, which die did you use to cut out the Poinsettia? I cannot seem to find one that fits….beautiful card!
There are dies that when layered make a poinsettia, but then there’s a die that just cuts out the outline for the poinsettia.
