Birthday Card

The other day I needed a birthday card and realized my stash is extremely low.  So it looks like it’s time to whip out some birthday cards!

This card was interesting for me to make because I mixed a whole bunch of colors together.  I usually go for coordinating colors, matchy-matchy, or even monochromatic, but I was in the mood to just mix it all up.

I started with a base of Rich Razzleberry and then layered it with Whisper White.  The sentiment stamped in Real Red comes from the Number of Years Bundle.

On the bottom of the Whisper White I used one of the stamps from the Balloon Celebration Stamp Set to stamp different colored balloon silhouettes.  I used Island Indigo, Real Red, Mint Macaron, and Sahara Sand.

I punched out three balloons in Island Indigo, Real Red, and Mint Macaron and added some silver sequins as the balloon tails.  The balloon bows come from the Mint Macaron Baker’s Twine Combo Pack where I separated the two colors.

Enjoy!
