I have to say the Sweet Cupcake Bundle is one of the “yummiest” around and very “sweet” to work with.
My layout inspiration for today’s card comes from this week’s challenge over at Sunday Stamps.
For the card, I used Smoky Slate as my base color. I then used the swirly framelit which is included in the Sweet Cupcake Bundle and cut it out in Bermuda Bay, Flirty Flamingo, and Whisper White and adhered them to the Smoky Slate.
For my tag, I cut out a 2″ strip of Whisper White and cut the end of it with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. I then stamped the “Make A” in Bermuda Bay at the top and added the Stitched Smoky Slate Ribbon to the hole in the tag and tied it off with a bow.
I cut out the banner in Bermuda Bay from the banner included in the bundle. It’s kind of hard to tell here, but this banner is really neat because it’s 3 dimensional. The ends folder over. The “Wish” was cut out in Flirty Flamingo and adhered over the banner.
The top of the cupcake was created using Flirty Flamingo (stamped off once for the lighter shade) and (I believe, forgive me as I made this a few days ago and my memory is the worst) Melon Mambo. The cupcake holder was created using Bermuda Bay (stamped off once for the lighter shade) and Smoky Slate. They were cut out using the Bundle’s framelits and adhered at the bottom of the tag.
