Christmas Pines – Window Spray

These last few days have been a bit of a whirlwind, the good kind.  The kind that you come away from saying – That was so much fun!

But I was finally able to get back into my craft room today and create and it felt so good.

Now the inspiration for today’s card was not my own.  I came across a beautiful non-Stampin Up card on Pinterest and knew I wanted to create one similar.  So just a heads up that it’s not completely original.

My card uses Early Espresso as its base on which I stamped the snowflake trio from the Greetings from Santa Stamp Set in Early Espresso.  I then used the Hearth & Home Framelits to cut out a window and window box in Very Vanilla.

I then created a window spray using the Christmas Pines Bundle.  I used a variety of greens (Always Artichoke, Garden Green, Old Olive, Pear Pizzazz), browns (Crumb Cake, Soft Suede), and Cherry Cobbler.  I added a few rustic bows using Linen Thread and the Gold Baker’s Twine from the Trio of Baker’s Twine.

Lastly, I stamped the sentiment in Cherry Cobbler from the Christmas Pines Stamp Set and mounted it over a pattern from the This Christmas DSP.
