The colors over at Can You Case It were my inspiration today.
I used the Bermuda Bay as the base to my card which I layered with a piece of Watercolor Paper with some Gold Foil behind it.
I stamped the flower/stem image from the Avant Garden stamp set in Archival Black ink on the Watercolor Paper. I used Bermuda Bay, Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze, and Crushed Curry ink and an Aqua Painter to color in the flowers and stem. I purposefully used a lot of water so that the color would bleed out a bit.
I wrapped around a strip of 3/8″ Metallic Gold Ribbon around the bottom of the Watercolor Paper. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment in Pumpkin Pie and added a few Gold Sequins.
