This week’s Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop is a color challenge. I took some liberty with this challenging – using only a bit of the Blushing Bride. 😉
This card is made for my cousin and his wife who just had a baby boy. ♥
My card starts off with Very Vanilla cardstock. I cut a piece of Soft Sky cardstock and dry embossed it using the Hexagon Dynamic embossing folder. I tied some Very Vanilla ribbon round the bottom of the card in a knot.
Pause for a moment – This picture doesn’t do the embossing justice, no picture does. It is far more impressive in person that I imagined. It-is-amazing!
I stamped the tools in Sahara Sand ink on Sahara Sand cardstock and cut them out using the Nailed It Bundle.
I stamped the sentiment from the Suite Sayings stamp set in Soft Sky ink and added a Blushing Bride enamel heart.

Darling! Reminds me of when my nephew was a toddler and his dad would put a penny nail in a board and then hand him a hammer! He loved it! Scared the heck out of me!
