Bike Ride – CAS Card

My card today was inspired by this week’s CAS(E) this Sketch and TGIF challenges.

My card today is a super simple CAS (clean and simple) card.  This card is great because it uses only three ink colors and (other than the gravel) does not use the Big Shot.  It’s great for a beginning stamper or someone looking for a quick cute card.

My card today starts off with Lemon Lime Twist cardstock.  I then took a panel of Whisper White cardstock for my scene.  To the right side I used the Labeler Alphabet to stamp my sentiment in Crushed Curry and Lemon Lime Twist ink.

I used the Bike Ride Stamp Set to create my bike which I stamped using Pool Party and Crushed Curry ink.  I used the “gravel” embossing thinlit that comes in the Build a Bike framelits to create some texture under the bike.

I took the banner from the Build a Bike Framelits and cut out a banner (twice) in the corner.  I then matted the Whisper White cardstock on Crushed Curry cardstock.
