Stampin’ Up! Special Celebrations

Today’s card is inspired by this week’s Global Design Project challenge.

My card today starts with Soft Sky cardstock.  I then took a pattern from the Bundle of Love DSP and matted it on Gold Foil.

I stamped the sentiment from the Special Celebrations stamp set in Soft Sky ink on Very Vanilla cardstock and then matted it on Gold Foil.

I added a Gold Metallic-Edge bow just under the sentiment.  I then stamped the little safety pin from the Better Together in Versamark ink, sprinkled it with Gold Embossing Powder, and heat embossed it.  I fussy cut it out and adhered it underneath the ribbon.

I enjoy having stamp parties in my home, but I realize the majority of you don’t live near me.  So I’m going to be offering my Mailed Stamp Kit.

November’s Mailed Stamp Kit features the Merry Café stamp set.  I am offering two kits depending on what you’re looking for.  Be sure to sign up for you kit by October 26th!

Check out all the details here.

  1. So beautiful, Jaimie! I love the thin borders of gold on your card. Such a sweet card! Thank you so much for playing along with my CASE the Designer challenge at GDP – I’m honored.
