Sneak Peek - Rooted in Nature Bundle

The Nature’s Poem Suite in the Annual Catalog immediately caught my eye.

What’s nice about the suites is that all the product – from stamps to die cuts to embellishments, paper, and ribbon all coordinate together!

I think the possibilities are endless for this suite – Masculine cards, encouraging cards, and even sympathy cards. And I can’t wait to scrapbook with it!

My card today starts off with Mint Macaron cardstock (returning starting June 1st). I then took a pattern from the Nature’s Poem Designer Series Paper, (also available June 1st) matted it on Tranquil Tide cardstock and adhered it to the card front.

Next I cut a large banner of Cajun Craze cardstock. I stamped the large tree image from the Rooted in Nature Stamp Set in Tranquil Tide ink and cut it out using the coordinating Nature’s Roots Thinlits Dies. I also stamped a Mint Macaron leaf and cut it out to be adhered next to the sentiment.

I stamped the sentiment in Cajun Craze ink, fussy cut it out and adhered it using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Note: See those dies in the background – They’re actually embossing dies. There coordinate with other dies that cut out the embossed image.
