I was stumped with today’s card.
I didn’t know whether I should use Cherry Cobbler or Real Red cardstock, so I took to my Facebook page for help.
Although there were a few Real Red fans, Cherry Cobbler won hands down.
So my card today starts off with Cherry Cobbler cardstock which I embossed using the Swirls and Curls Embossing Folder.
Next I took a panel of Whisper White cardstock and used the Beautiful Baubles Stamp Set to stamp the ornaments all along it. I stamped them in Versamark ink, sprinkled them with Gold Embossing Powder, and heat set it. I then matted this on Gold Foil.
I wrapped around the panel some Cherry Cobbler Cotton Thread. I tied a bow and attached a piece of Mini Sequin Trim.
Lastly, I stamped the sentiment in Versamark ink on Gold Foil, sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder, and heat set it.
Enjoy!

So pretty! Cherry Cobbler is perfect with the touches of gold. Great design! 🙂
That came out nice. Simple but elegant. Will have to try this myself.

So pretty. The Cherry Cobbler is rich with the gold. Love the embossing.
