This week’s Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop is a combined hop with the Happy Stampers Blog Hop. Happy hopping!!
My card starts off with Flirty Flamingo cardstock which I embossed using the Seaside Embossing Folder.
Next I took a panel of Whisper White cardstock and used the Beach Happy Stamp Set to create my scene. I stamped the outline of the chair, umbrella, and palm tree trunks in Memento Black ink.
You’ll notice that the palm tree trunk is shaped to go one way. But because it’s a photopolymer stamp, you can just maneuver it on your block to bend any which way, like I did today.
I stamped the umbrella in Mango Melody and the chair in Flirty Flamingo ink. I stamped the sand in Crumb Cake ink (stamping off first).
I stamped the palm branches in Old Olive ink. I stamped the one on a separate piece of Whisper White cardstock, fussy cut it out, and adhered it using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I then snuck a piece of Vellum cardstock underneath the Whisper White and stamped the sentiment in Memento Black ink on Crumb Cake cardstock, adhering it down using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Enjoy!
