This week’s Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop is a sketch challenge.
My card today was inspired by a card I saw that Emma Goddard created. I loved the neutral color pallet.
My card starts off with Gray Granite cardstock. I adhered a pattern from the Come to Gather Designer Series Paper to the bottom of the card.
I cut a panel of Gray Granite cardstock and first stamped the sentiment from the So Many Stars in Versamark ink, sprinkled it with Silver Embossing Powder, and heat set it.
Around the sentiment I stamped the smaller stars in Gray Granite ink (stamping off first).
I covered the seam with a ribbon from the Come to Gather Combo Pack. I then used the Stitched Stars Dies to cut out a star from Silver Foil and another from Crumb Cake cardstock, which I layered over one another.
Enjoy!

You may have been inspired by Eva Goddard’s card, but I like yours so much better. Elegant! Love the neutrals. Don’t know that I would have thought to put gray granite with the wood texture, but it really works. Love that stamp bundle.
