Stampin’ Up! Quick and Easy Forever Fern Hello Card

This Wednesday you’ll finally be able to get your hands on this beautiful suite from the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog, the Forever Greenery Suite.

My card today is a simple card that easily could be a #simplestamping card if you left off the embossed background.

It starts off with Mint Macaron cardstock which I embossed using the NEW Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder.

I then took a panel of Whisper White cardstock and stamped the various leaves from the Forever Fern Stamp Set in Pear Pizzazz, Mint Maracron, and Mossy Meadow ink.  I then matted this on another panel of Whisper White cardstock.

To be honest with you, I had originally stamped the “hello” straight onto the same panel above the leaves, but I stamped it crooked…oops.  So I stamped it separately in Mossy Meadow ink and adhered it over my oops using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
