The new Garden Birdhouses Stamp is really sweet!!!
I created this scene and then posted over on Facebook this weekend about whether to color it or not. Well, it was a RESOUNDING color it.
I’m thinking of switching a few things though, as I’ll be making this card over on YouTube today live at 1:00 EDT. Be sure to join me to see which card you like more this one or the one I make live.
My card starts off with Thick Whisper White cardstock, on which I adhered a pattern from the True Love Designer Series Paper.
Next, I stamped the various images from the Garden Birdhouses Stamp Set in Memento Black ink. I colored it in using Daffodil Delight, Crumb Cake, Granny Apple Green, and Fresh Freesia Stampin’ Blends Markers.
I matted this on another panel of Basic White cardstock and then folded over a small piece of Fresh Freesia ribbon in the bottom corner.
Lastly, I added a few Fresh Freesia Jewels.

Your card is super cute! I had totally skipped over this set in the catalog and now I need to look at it again 🙂. Did you notice that a couple images pictured in the catalog are reversed? Both birdhouses and the larger flower grouping are facing the wrong way. Thanks for sharing your pretty card!!
