I used it today for this week’s Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop theme: Fun Fold.

The measurements and design for the fun fold came from Jacki.

I find it much, MUCH easier to give fun fold instructions through a video tutorial than written out, so I actually made the same card (with different paper) last night as part of my Facebook Live Tutorial Wednesday nights.

You can check out that video here and find out exactly how to make the card – it’s so easy!

Stampin’ Up! Seas the Day Birthday Card

Today I’m using a mix of product. The bundle is the Seas the Day Bundle from the Mini Catalog. It has really fun dies that create an oceanic scene. I also LOVE how we have fish looking in both directions.

Stampin’ Up! Catching Butterflies Card

All this week I’m sharing cards made using new product from either the 2022 Jan-June Mini Catalog or Sale-a-bration Brochure.

First up!
The Catching Butterflies Stamp Set – a super sweet red rubber stamp set free with a $50 order starting Jan 4th!

Stampin’ Up! Catching Butterflies Card

My card starts off with Pale Papaya cardstock.

Stampin’ Up! Catching Butterflies Card

I next took a panel of Basic White cardstock and stamped the girl, cluster or butterflies, and single butterfly from the Catching Butterflies Stamp Set in Memento Black ink.

Stampin’ Up! Catching Butterflies Card

I colored the images in using Polished Pink (dress), Ivory (skin), Light Soft Suede (hair), Pale Papaya (butterflies), and Soft Sea Foam (shadow) Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Stampin’ Up! Catching Butterflies Card

I stamped the sentiment in Polished Pink ink and fussy cut it out so I could separate the “happy.”

Inside scoop: I originally wanted to adhere the “happy” more to the right, but I had a little smudge from stamping the butterflies that I wanted to hide. 😉

Be sure to come back all week to see the other projects using brand new product!

Stampin’ Up! Forever Fern Card

Happy Friday!!!

We made it and I don’t know about you, but I am pretty excited!!

My card today is one I made as part of our Team Mystery Stamping Tuesday night. This is the card that I based the instructions off of. (Next week I’ll show the card I made and the ones the team made.)

The layout was CASE’d from a card Mary Brown made.

My card starts off with Thick Basic White. I then took another panel of Basic White and embossed it using the Bark Embossing Folder.

I then took three patterns from the Ever Eden Designer Series Paper and layered them over one another.

**This beautiful paper is available through January 3, 2022, or while supplies last so don’t wait to get it!

Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Forever Fern Stamp Set in Evening Evergreen Ink and cut it out with the Layering Circle Dies.

I stamped one of the ferns in Soft Succulent ink and the other in Evening Evergreen ink and cut them out with the coordinating Forever Flourishing Dies.

Stampin' Up! Forever Fern Card

Lastly, I added a bow and a couple of Garden Gems around.

Thanks for checking out my project today!!
I’ve been using the Forever Fern Stamp Set and Ever Eden DSP all week long. You can check out the other cards here, here, and here!
