Stampin’ Up! Beauty of Friendship & Mountain Air Card

I think it is really brilliant how Stampin’ Up! creates suites of product for us. They consist of four different items that are designed to work together and coordinate.

I love them so much that I don’t generally mix product from outside the suites.

But the Beauty of Friendship Bundle and Mountain Air – it’s like they’re family, cousins.

Stampin’ Up! Mountain Air Happy Birthday Card

This week’s Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop is a color challenge.  Happy hopping!

My card today starts off with Night of Navy cardstock.  At the bottom of it I stamped the stand alone trees from the Mountain Air Stamp Set in Night of Navy ink.

I then took a panel of Night of Navy cardstock and first stamped the reverse side of the mountains in Night of Navy ink.  I stamped the mountains in Night of Navy and trees in Garden Green ink on Whisper White cardstock and cut them out using the coordinating Majestic Mountain Dies.

I matted this on Whisper White cardstock and adhered it down using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Lastly I stamped the sentiment from the Itty Bitty Birthdays Stamp Set in Garden Green ink and adhered it down using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Enjoy!

Stampin’ Up! Mountain Air Card

I love when stamps and bundles can work for a variety of occasions.  It’s all about versatility!

The Mountain Air Bundle is a great one for creating nature scenes and can be used for just about any occasion – masculine cards, sympathy, birthday, and just because.

My card today starts off with Gray Granite cardstock.  I first took a panel of Whisper White cardstock and stamped the back of the mountains in Gray Granite ink (stamping off first).

I then stamped the mountains on a separate Whisper White panel in Gray Granite ink and the trees in Pretty Peacock ink and cut them out using the coordinating Majestic Mountain Dies.  I also used the same dies to cut out two trees from Pretty Peacock cardstock.

I matted this on Pretty Peacock cardstock and wrapped some Linen Thread around it in a bow.

I stamped the sentiment from the Butterfly Gala Stamp Set in Pretty Peacock ink which I adhered down using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Enjoy!
