Stampin’ Up! Simple Painted Harvest Card

I love the Painted Harvest Stamp Set.

It’s one I haven’t used in a bit, but it’s sweet and makes simple cards beautiful.

My card starts off with Mango Melody cardstock which I layered with a Mango Melody pattern from the Brights Designer Series Paper.

Next I took a panel of Whisper White cardstock and first stamped the larger floral image from the Painted Harvest Stamp Set in Daffodil Delight ink.  Over that I stamped the smaller floral image in Mango Melody ink and the center in Soft Suede ink.

I covered the petals with a piece of computer paper and stamped the leaves in Garden Green ink.  I then stamped the sentiment in Soft Suede ink and matted it on Soft Suede cardstock.

Enjoy!

Today’s card was inspired by this week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge.

Stampin’ Up! Painted Harvest Wreath Card

This month’s Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop theme is “Fall Frenzy.”  Have fun hopping through the different blogs to see how everyone interpreted it.

The colors for today’s card were inspired by the new Hand Stamped Sentiment color challenge.  It’s a fun one so be sure to play along!

Just a heads up: I must’ve read the challenge quickly and used Sahara Sand instead of Soft Suede.  Oops.

My card starts off with Cherry Cobbler cardstock.  I then layered Whisper White cardstock on Sahara Sand cardstock.

Next I used the Leaf Punch and cut out a whole bunch of leaves from Pretty Peacock, Cherry Cobbler, and Sahara Sand cardstock and arranged them as a wreath.  I stamped the sentiment from the Painted Harvest Stamp Set in Pretty Peacock ink.

Lastly I added a few Pretty Peacock Faceted Dots and a Linen Thread bow.

Enjoy!

Stampin’ Up! Painted Harvest Thank You

I sure hope you’re having a great week.

I have been a lean-mean crafting machine as I’m doing a craft fair this weekend – making lots of super cute and fun doo-daas.

I hope to post some pictures Saturday on my Facebook page.  Wish me luck!

My card today is all fall!!

It starts off with Crushed Curry cardstock which I embossed using the Simply Stripes Embossing Folder.

I then took a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock (to be matted on Mossy Meadow cardstock) and used the Painted Harvest stamp set to stamp sunflowers across it.  I used Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze inks to stamp the sunflowers.

I used the masking technique to stamp the leaves in Mossy Meadow ink around the sunflowers.

Lastly I did some layering with a Very Vanilla banner, punched Mossy Meadow leaves, and Very Vanilla Polka Dot ribbon.  For the sentiment, I stamped it in Versamark ink on Cajun Craze cardstock.  I sprinkled it with white embossing powder, heat set it, and cut it out using the Stitched Shapes Framelits.

Enjoy!

Today’s card is inspired by this week’s The Paper Players challenge.
