Pansy Punch Card – Weekly Deal

For today’s card I took advantage of the Pansy Punch that is included in the Weekly Deals this week!

wdFor me the bundle (Pansy Punch and Flower Shop Stamp Set) was one of my very first Stampin Up purchases.  It’s a generally good idea to have at least one flower stamp set/punch in your collection and if you don’t have one yet, I highly recommend the Flower Shop and Pansy Punch bundle.

I used Lost Lagoon as my background color and then layered it with Whisper White and the beautiful Wildflower Fields DSP from Sale-a-bration.

Pansy Punch - Stamp It Up With JaimieI punched a flower out of the top Lost Lagoon cardstock using the Pansy Punch and then scored the right and bottom of the card using the Simply Scored board.

So as not to completely cover the Wildflower Fields DSP, I used dimensionals to elevate the Lost Lagoon over it.  In the center of the Pansy Punch, I used an Old Olive button with Linen Thread.

This week’s weekly deals are great!

My absolute, hands down favorite item is the Crazy About You stamp set.

crazy about you

It is so versatile and covers the majority of all sentiments needed for cards.  I have used it in numerous cards posted here already.
