Stampin’ Up! Birthday Bonanza Birthday Card

This week’s Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop is a sketch challenge.  Happy hopping!

My card starts off with Bermuda Bay cardstock.  I then took a pattern from the Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper and matted it on Whisper White cardstock.

I next used the Painted Labels Dies to cut out a Whisper White circle.  I fussy cut out a toucan from the Birthday Bonanza DSP and adhered it over the circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Itty Bitty Birthday Stamp Set in Versamark ink on Bermuda Bay cardstock, sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder, and heat set it.  Underneath that I used the same dies to cut out a scalloped edge from Daffodil Delight cardstock.

Lastly I added a Daffodil Delight Ribbon next to the sentiment.

Enjoy!
