Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Nativity Christmas Card

I LOVE white on white, monochromatic cards….
especially for Christmas cards.

For today’s card, I kept it really clean and used Whisper White, Very Vanilla, and Gold.

My card starts off with Very Vanilla cardstock.

I stamped the images from the Peaceful Nativity Stamp Set in Versamark ink on Very Vanilla cardstock, sprinkled it with Gold Embossing Powder, and heat set it. I cut it out with the coordinating Nativity Dies and adhered them down using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I used the same Nativity Dies and Gold Foil to cut out the palm trees and star. I stamped the sentiment from the For Unto Us Stamp Set in Versamark ink in the corner, sprinkled it with Gold Embossing Powder, and heat set it.

I then matted this on Gold Foil and adhered it to the card front.

Thanks for checking out my project today!!!

PRODUCT LIST:

Stampin’ Up! Spotlight Technique with Joyful Holly Stamp

Who’s excited it’s Friday!

My card starts with Real Red cardstock, which I embossed using the Winter Snow Embossing Folder. I first stamped the holly image from the Joyful Holly Stamp Set in Memento Black ink on Whisper White cardstock.

I used the Stitched Rectangles Dies to cut out a piece of it. I used Shaded Spruce and Cherry Cobbler ink pads to color in just the piece that was cut out and matted it on a panel of Cherry Cobbler cardstock.

I used the Stitched Be Mine Dies to cut out a scalloped piece of Shaded Spruce cardstock to go to the left of cut out piece and adhered it all down using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Joyful Holly Stamp Set in Versamark ink on Shaded Spruce cardstock, sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder and heat set it. I used the Stitched Rectangles Dies to cut it out.

I used this technique here to customize the size of the die to the sentiment. (You can skip ahead to 17 mins to see how I did it.)

Lastly, I added a few rhinestones around.

Thanks for checking out my project today!

Today’s card was inspired by this week’s Fab Friday Challenge.

Stampin’ Up! Coming Home A Little Note Card

This week’s Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop is a sketch challenge. Happy hopping!

My card starts off with Poppy Parade cardstock, which I embossed using the Subtle Embossing Folder.

I then took a panel of Misty Moonlight cardstock and all across the top of it standing the snowflakes from the Coming Home Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight. I used the coordinating Home Together Dies to cut out a rolling hill of snow. I then matted these on Whisper White cardstock.

I used the Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper and Home Together Dies to cut out two houses (which I layered over one another) and a couple of trees.

I just LOVE it when Stampin’ Up! coordinates their paper and dies – makes stamping so quick and easy – and better yet, this paper is on sale RIGHT NOW!

Next I stamped the sentiment from the Butterfly Gala Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight ink and I cut it out using the Tasteful Labels Dies, adhering it down with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Autumn Grateful Card

This month’s Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop theme is “Giving Thanks.” Have fun hopping through the blogs and seeing how everyone interpreted the theme.

My card starts off with Cajun Craze cardstock.

I then matted a pattern from the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper on Very Vanilla cardstock. Underneath it I offset a panel of Cinnamon Cider cardstock.

I stamped the sentiment from the Beautiful Autumn Stamp Set in Cajun Craze ink on Very Vanilla cardstock. I cut it out, along with a scalloped Gold circle, using the Layering Circles Dies.

Underneath the sentiment I added one of the beautiful Forever Gold Specialty Paper cut outs, but trimmed down the leaves around it.

I cut out the leaves using the Nature’s Root’s Dies from Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze cardstock. I used a sponge and the same color ink to add a little color to the leaves.

Lastly, I added a Gold bow above the leaves.
