For today’s card, I continue to use the Painted Stripes Stamp Set in a subtle tone-on-tone way for a heartfelt sympathy card.
Sympathy cards can be tricky, and I love the subtle details in this card without it being over the top.
Painted Stripes Card Details:
My card starts off with Thick Basic White cardstock.
I then stamped the Painted Stripes Stamp Set in Secret Sea ink on Secret Sea cardstock (new color available starting May 6th)!
On this I stamped the floral image from the Layers of Beauty Stamp Set in Versamark ink, sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder, and heat set it.
I then stamped the sentiment from the Mixed Labels Stamp Set in Secret Sea ink on Basic White cardstock and cut it out with a die in the Mixed Labels Dies.
Underneath that I wound around some Linen Thread.
