Happy July 4th

Happy 4th of July everyone! I hope you all have a safe, fun day with those you love! I definitely wanted to celebrate the holiday with my card today and to do so I used the Thoughtful Banners Bundle (gotta love a bundle)!

For today’s card, I used a base color of Real Red and dry embossed it using the Sparkle Embossing Folder.

I created the feature of the card using the Layering Circles Thinlits. I cut a circle out of the Real Red and then using a circle and scalloped circle cut out a rim of Night of Navy.

I took the solid line from the Thoughtful Banners Stamp Set and created a lined pattern over some Whisper White in Night of Navy, Pool Party, and Real Red. I then adhered the Whisper White to the inside of the front of the card.

I then cut out three stars in Pool Party, Whisper White, and Night of Navy using the Stars Framelits. I stamped the sentiment in Night of Navy in one of the banners and layered it over another banner in Pool Party.
