For today’s card I was inspired by the Case the Designer challenge over at Global Design Project this week. When I saw the card to be cased, I really liked the colors used, as well as the overall layout.
My card today has Crumb Cake as it’s base. This is one of my favorite colors I have to say!! I then layered Whisper White over some Old Olive (another one of my favorite colors). I then used the Balloon Celebration Stamp Set to create my pattern. I stamped the wheel-like stamp in Flirty Flamingo, Old Olive, and Daffodil Delight throughout the Whisper White.
Next I stamped my sentiment, Happy Birthday, also from the Balloon Celebration Stamp Set, in Flirty Flamingo and layered it over some Flirty Flamingo cardstock. Before adhering this layer to the Crumb Cake I tucked in behind it some Flirty Flamingo Ruched Ribbon.
