I recently was asked to make a card for an elementary graduation. I had a lot of fun coming up with the design, thinking it couldn’t be anything too serious (if it was for a kid) and had to be celebratory.
I used Smoky Slate for my background and then layered some Pool Party over a pattern from the A Little Foxy DSP. I then stamped the Pool Party cardstock using the star stamp from the Wonder of Christmas stamp set in Pool Party.
I then cut out a bunch of stars from the Stars Framelits in Smoky Slate and Calypso Coral and sort of scattered them around. (The smallest stars were punched out using a retired punch.)
I then stamped the banner in Smoky Slate and the sentiment in Calypso Coral using the Banners for You Bundle and adhered it to the card using dimensionals.
