Penned & Painted Birthday Card

We are T-minus 5 days from Christmas. I hope you’re finding peace and joy in this season!

With so much Christmas card making, my poor Birthday card stack is hurting, so I’m bringing you a simple but cheerful birthday card , one that can easily and quickly be replicated.

My card uses Bermuda Bay as its base on which I layered Whisper White, Pear Pizzazz, and more Whisper White.

On the top Whisper White, I used the Penned & Painted Stamp Set and stamped the bigger flower in Elegant Eggplant, Pear Pizzazz, and Bermuda Bay.

Pause for a second – Since the Holiday Catalog came out, I’ve rarely used stamps from the Annual Catalog, this one included. It felt so good to use this beautiful flower stamp set again!

My sentiment comes from the Better Together Stamp Set. I first stamped (Elegant Eggplant) it right on to the Whisper White, but I really felt the card needed some depth. I decided to stamp it again, this time fussy cutting it out and adhering it using dimensionals over a Bermuda Bay banner. Lastly, I added a few enamel dots around the card.
