The inspiration for my card today comes from the CASE Challenge over at Global Design Project. If you’re not familiar to CASE a card is to Copy and Selectively Edit. I also played along with the stamp challenge over at What Will You Stamp.
Of the card that’s being CASE’d, I was really inspired by the colors! I used the Night of Navy as the base to my card. I used the Thank You stamp from the Thoughtful Banners Bundle and stamped it multiple times staggering it at the top and bottom of my card.
Next I cut out 4 panels, two from the Affectionately Yours DSP, one Crumb Cake cardstock, and one Watermelon Wonder cardstock, to place over the Night of Navy. (I stamped a similar Christmas card using the staggered panels which I sort of had in mind while creating this card.)
I then took Linen Thread and Night of Navy Baker’s Twine and wound it behind the sentiment which I stamped from the Thoughtful Banners Stamp Set in Night of Navy on Crumb Cake. I adhered it using dimensionals.
