My card today is all about the layers!
I. Love. Layers.
My card starts off with Berry Burst cardstock. I then matted a panel of Whisper White cardstock on Soft Sea Foam cardstock.
I then stamped the frame from the Floral Frames Stamp Set in Stazon Black Ink on Whisper White cardstock. I then used a Blender Pen and Berry Burst, Granny Apple Green, and Soft Sea Foam Inks to color it in.
Note: When using a Blender Pen, ideally you would use watercolor paper. However, I goofed and stamped on Whisper White cardstock so I just made sure to lightly color in the images and not go over the paper too much.
I then created the layering using Berry Burst Ribbon, Mini Gold Sequins, a banner I cut out from Vellum cardstock using the Bunch of Banners Framelits. I also cut out images using the coordinating Foliage Frame Framlits and Granny Apple Green and Soft Sea Foam cardstock. I added some Pearls around the frame.
Lastly I used the Sunshine Wishes Framelits and Gold Foil Paper to cut out the sentiment. I adhered it down using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
