Sometimes a card just comes together so easily and other times, it’s definitely more challenging. Today’s card just “happened.” I saw the color challenge and layout challenge and just knew what I wanted to do.
I started with a base of Thick Whisper White and layered it with Soft Sky. I then placed a strip of Night of Navy in the (somewhat) center of the card.
I stamped the Sea Street star fish in VersaMark and then heat embossed them in white over Night of Navy. I then punched them out and layered them over a Whisper White circle. I also took the swimming fish stamp from the Sea Street Stamp Set and stamped them at the top and bottom on the Soft Sky in VersaMark.
My sentiment comes from the Project Life Remember This Stamp Set stamped in Night of Navy. Underneath I used a pattern in Bermuda Bay from the Cherry on Top DSP.
