This month’s Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop theme is “Love.”
I decided to make super simple Valentine’s Day cards.
Stampin’ Up! has started a social media campaign using the hashtag #simplestamping. I love this idea, as really clean and simple cards can be very classy…and easy to whip up.
The cards start off with Lovely Lipstick cardstock.
I then matted a pattern from the All My Love Designer Series Paper on Whisper White cardstock.
I then stamped the sentiment from the Forever Lovely Stamp Set in Lovely Lipstick ink on a diagonal.
Enjoy!

Sweet cards! Perfect for a quick valentine and oh, so cute too!! 🙂
You are right, Jaimie….quick, simple and very, very lovely!
Goodness, Jaimie – these are so great! Love how quick they are – but the impact of that beautiful DSP! Wow! 🙂
Love your super simple. Thanks for the inspiration to get going on Valentine cards!
LOVE these super simple cards. Definitely going to try these at my next workshop. Thanks for the great ideas Jaimie 😊
can you post measurements for the paper? i always seem to get mine way off. thanks!
I hear ya – it can be a bit tricky. So the Lovely Lipstick is 4-1/4 x 5-1/2; Whisper White is 3-7/8 x 5-1/8; and the DSP is 3-3/4 in width, and then the left height is 4-1/8 and the right height is 3/4 and then I just cut a straight line between the two. Let me know if that doesn’t make sense. I can always e-mail you a picture.
Lovely Jaimie, makes me think of my One Sheet Wonders at Christmas. Will have to give this a try. Thanks!
