This month’s Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop theme is “birthday.” Be sure to hop around to see what everyone created this month.
I’m also featuring the new sketch challenge over at Hand Stamped Sentiments. I sure hope you’ll swing by and play along with us!
My card today starts off with Balmy Blue cardstock. I then took a panel of Watercolor Paper and added a little Balmy Blue color to it using an Aqua Painter and matted it on Mossy Meadow cardstock.
Next I added a pattern from the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper.
I then stamped the stem from the Bloom By Bloom Stamp Set in Mossy Meadow ink and the flower in Balmy Blue ink on Whisper White Cardstock. I fussy cut it out using Paper Snips and adhered it down using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment from the Itty Bitty Birthdays in Mossy Meadow ink on Balmy Blue cardstock and adhered it down using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Lastly I added a few pearls around the card.
Enjoy!
