Floral Layering

For today’s card share I wanted to play around with some layering and a simple color pallet.

I started off with a base color of Perfect Plum. I then dry embossed another piece of Perfect Plum using the Petal Burst embossing folder and layered that over some Whisper White and then over some Rich Razzleberry.

I then used the Penned & Painted stamp set and stamped a few flowers on some Whisper White in Rich Razzleberry (stamping off for the lighter shade) and layered it over some Rich Razzleberry cardstock.

The sentiment comes from the Flourishing Phrases stamp set and was stamped in Rich Razzleberry with some stamped off images of the Penned & Painted flowers in the background. Behind the sentiment I added some loops of Silver Metallic Thread to finish the card.
