This week’s Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop is a color challenge…and boy did I find it challenging. Happy hopping!
My card starts off with Blushing Bride cardstock which I embossed using the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder.
Be sure to use the new 3D Embossing Folder Plate so that you get a good impression.
I cut out a Whisper White rectangle using the Rectangle Stitched Dies. I used the Abstract Impressions Stamp to create my scene. I stamped the flowers in Blushing Bride ink, stems in Garden Green ink, and butterfly in Crushed Curry ink. I stamped off first for the lighter shade of each color.
I stamped the flowers agan on a separate piece of Whisper White cardstock and fussy cut out a few of them to adhere down using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment from the Abstract Impressions Stamp Set in Garden Green ink and added a Mini Library Clip on it.
Enjoy!
