Stampin' Up! Classic Cloche Greetings Card

All this week I’m sharing cards inspired by a sketch.

Sketches are great because they give you something to work off of instead of a complete blank slate. I’m a HUGE fan!

(Also have you noticed a theme between Monday, Tuesday, and today’s card?)

My card today starts off with Pool Party cardstock.

I then took a panel of Basic White and embossed it with Gingham Embossing Folder (available Jan 4, 2022).

Next I took a pattern from the Sweet Stockings Designer Series Paper and cut the ends on an angle and adhered it to the card front. I stamped the “hello” from the Forever Fern Stamp Set in Memento Black ink and adhered it over the DSP pattern.

I stamped the bird/branch image on Basic White cardstock twice. The first one I cut out using the Layering Circles Dies (along with a Pool Party scalloped circle) and the second I cut the birds out of using the Cloche Builder Dies.

I colored the branches in using Shaded Spruce and the birds in using Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers.
