Stampin' Up! Gift Wrapping & Gift Tag

This week’s Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop theme is Wrap It up/Gifts. Happy hopping!

I have to say I found this challenging since I make cards 99% of the time – they’re kind of my jam. But I did have a small gift that needed wrapping, so I decided to have fun with this theme.

I wrapped my gift using a pattern from the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper. I wrapped around a Shaded Spruce Ribbon in a knot.

I used the Delightful Tag Topper Punch to cut out a 2″ Real Red tag and a 1″ Whisper White tag. On the smaller tag, I stamped the sentiment from the Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set in Shaded Spruce ink. At the bottom of the Real Red tag, I adhered a small piece of DSP.

I stamped the tree from the Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set in Shaded Spruce ink, cutting it out with the Pine Tree Punch. I adhered it down with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I put a piece of Real Red ribbon through the hole of the tags and then secured it with Gold Thread. With the Gold Thread, I also put two jingle bells and wound it around the Shaded Spruce ribbon to secure it to the gift.
