All this week I’m sharing simple cards using the Heart & Home Suite.
I decided to go with a monochromatic card with a pop of red for this months’ Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop theme “Love“.
My card today starts off with Thick Basic White cardstock.
I then used the Scalloped Contours Dies and cut out a label in Basic White cardstock.
Next, I added a pattern from the Vellum Layering Designs, which by the way is an absolute must-have!! They add the prettiest touch!
I stamped the flower from the Blessings of Home Stamp Set in Memento Black ink and cut it out with the coordinating Flowers of Home Dies, adhering it down with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment from the Blessings of Home Stamp in Versamark ink on Real Red cardstock, sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder, and heat set it. I cut it out with the Stitched Rectangles Dies.
Lastly, I added a Real Red bow and some Black dots around.
