Stampin’ Up! Irresistible Blossoms Friend Card

This week I’ve been using the brand new (coming March 1st) Irresistible Blossoms Bundle for my cards.

The floral stamped images worked perfectly for this week’s Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop Sketch Challenge.

Irresistible Blossoms Card Details:

My card starts off with Soft Sea Foam cardstock, on which I adhered a pattern from the Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper (coming March 1st).

I then took a panel of Basic White cardstock and stamped the flowers in Daffodil Delight ink (stamping off first for a lighter shade) and the leaves in Soft Sea Foam ink.

I matted this on another panel of Basic White cardstock and then to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment in Evening Evergreen and cut it out with the Stitched Rectangles Dies.

I used the Irresistible Blossoms Dies to cut out a couple of leaves from Soft Sea Foam cardstock which I tucked under the sentiment.

Lastly, I added a couple of Daffodil Delight dots (coming March 1st) around the flowers.
