Stampin' Up! Joyful Life Card

The Joyful Life Stamp Set has just the cutest images!!

I’ve used it a couple of times already (here, here, here, here).

I decided to use it again for this week’s Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop theme: Leaves.

My card starts off with Cajun Craze cardstock. I then took a smaller panel and embossed it using the Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder.

I really like to do this color on color with one panel embossed. It’s a simple detail but adds nice texture to the card. I did the same thing a couple of days ago with the Timber Embossing Folder.

I then used one die from the Seasonal Labels Dies and another from the Tasteful Labels Dies and cut out pieces from the Cork paper.

I stamped the images from the Joyful Life in Memento Black Ink and colored it in using Crumb Cake (bear), Old Olive (shirt, leaves), Smoky Slate (basic), Petal Pink (rabbit), Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie (leaves) Stampin’ Blends. I then fussy cut it all out and adhered down using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the In Symmetry Stamp Set in Cajun Craze ink, fussy cut out, and adhered it over the banner.

Lastly, I added a couple of Gilded Gems next to the sentiment.
