Today I’m continuing with the Boughs of Holly Suite for my Christmas cards, this time using a pattern from the paper as a focal element.
My card starts off with Thick Basic White cardstock.
I then took a Basic White panel and embossed it with the Wintry Embossing Folder.
Next, I cut out a label using the Holly Berry Dies from Basic White cardstock. I stamped the sentiment in Real Red ink on the label.
I then fussy cut out a poinsettia from the Boughs of Holly Designer Series Paper.
Underneath the poinsettia, I folded over some gold ribbon and added some gold pearls around.
Thanks for swinging by today!!!

So pretty Jaimie! The white on white embossed background is perfect, love the clean design!
The Wintry embossing folder is only 3 3/8” wide. How do you get it to cover the 4×51/4” background?
I love that embossing f folder but I won’t purchase it as it’s not wide enough to cover a full card.
Check out this video I did. I explain how I did it. You can forward ahead to minute 10.
