Stampin' Up! Lemon Zest Card

This week’s Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop is a sketch challenge. Happy hopping!

For today’s card I decided to pull out the Lemon Zest Stamp Set & Punch. I started off with Peekaboo Peach cardstock which I embossed using the Pinewood Planks embossing folder.

I took a pattern from the Tutti-Frutti Designer Series Paper and matted it on Whisper White cardstock next. I then stamped the sentiment from the Lemon Zest Stamp Set in Old Olive ink on Whisper White cardstock and cut it out using the Stitched Shapes Framelits.

I then stamped the lemons in Daffodil Delight ink on Whisper White cardstock and fussy cut out the sliced lemon and used the punch for the whole lemon. I also cut out some leaves using the punch from Old Olive cardstock. Before adhering the lemons down, I tucked behind everything a small banner of Old Olive cardstock.

I stamped the inside with the second part of the sentiment in Old Olive ink and added a whole lemon too.
