Stampin’ Up! Lovely & Lasting Hello Card

Some people detest fussy cutting (intricately cutting something out).
Others don’t mind it.

I’m team don’t mind fussy cutting.

The floral Lovely & Lasting Stamp Set image is great for fussy cutting, but if you’re team detest fussy cutting, you could easily color in the image directly using the Stampin’ Write Markers.

Lovely & Lasting Card Details:

Stampin’ Up! Lovely & Lasting Hello Card

My card starts off with Polished Pink cardstock.

I then took a slightly smaller piece of Polished Pink cardstock which I embossed using the Quatrefoil Tile Embossing Folder.

I then took a panel of Basic White cardstock and stamped the floral image from the Lovely & Lasting Stamp Set in Granny Apple Green ink.

On a separate Basic White piece, I stamped the floral image in Polished Pink and fussy cut out the flowers.

I adhered the cut flowers over the green flowers using Stampin’ Dimensionals and added some rhinestones around.

I stamped the sentiment in Memento Black ink on a short panel of Basic White cardstock.

Instead of putting the cardstock into the Lasting Label Punch in the side opening, I inserted one end into the punch from the top. I then repeated this for the other side.

This is a great way to make all different punched shapes from one single punch!

Thanks for swinging by today!!!

Be sure to come back all this week for lots of inspiration when using the Lovely & Lasting Bundle!

  1. So pretty Jaimie! The colors are perfect! And I think that we both know where I fall on the team fussy cutting scale. 😉
