Monday, Tuesday, and today I’m sharing team challenges I made for my team, both sketch and color.
Ironically enough, even though I made these challenges, I found today’s color challenge very, well, challenging!
And even the overall design isn’t very “me.” So bare with me today please.
My card starts off with Thick Basic White cardstock which I embossed using the Checks & Dots Embossing Folder.
I then took a panel of Basic White cardstock and embossed it on the Gold Metallic Specialty Paper. Using the same gorgeous paper, I cut out the “cocktails” using the Love You More Than Dies. I cut out a few to layer over one another to make it pop.
I stamped the drinks in Memento Black ink and then used Pool Party, Granny Apple Green, and Petal Pink ink to color it in. I cut it out with the same Love You More Than Dies.
I stamped the rest of the sentiment from the Nothing’s Better Than Stamp Set in Versamark ink, sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder, and heat set it.
