Stampin' Up! Penguin Place Season's Greetings Card

Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper was the first thing I fell in love with and bought (even before ink pads).

Stampin’ Up! Penguin Place Christmas Card

I chose to use the Penguin Playmates Designer Series Paper from the Sale-a-bration Brochure for this week’s theme challenge – “critters.”

My card starts off with Just Jade cardstock which I embossed using the gorgeous Wintry Embossing Folder.

This is a mini embossing folder so naturally doesn’t fit the complete card front. If you’re looking for a trick on how to make this work, check this out here.

I next used the Stitched So Sweetly Dies to cut out a pattern from the Penguin Playmates Designer Series Paper.

I then put my Paper Snips to the test and fussy cut out three of the sweet animals, adhering them down using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Penguin Place Stamp Set in Memento Black ink and cut it out using the Tasteful Labels Dies.

Underneath it I wound some black and white twine and added a little sequin.
