Stampin’ Up! Rainbow of Happiness Fun Edge Card

All this week I’m sharing cards that use the Rainbow of Happiness.

It makes THE best rainbows that are very on trend right now.

My card starts off with Coastal Cabana cardstock. I used the scalloped rainbow die from the Brilliant Rainbow Dies to cut off the side of the card front.

The same dies has a die that cuts out a scalloped backdrop for the rainbows, which I cut out of Basic White cardstock.

I next took a panel of Basic White cardstock and stamped rainbows on it in Polished Pink, Coastal Cabana, Pacific Point, and Pale Papaya ink. I matted this on Pale Papaya cardstock and adhered it to the card front.

I then stamped the sentiment in Pacific Point ink and folded over some Pale Papaya ribbon underneath it.

Lastly, I added some Pale Papaya gems around.

Thanks for checking out my card today!

Be sure to come back tomorrow as well for another card using the Rainbow of Happiness Stamp Set!

  1. Nice card, Jamie! I am a little confused about “The same dies has a die that cuts out a scalloped backdrop for the rainbows, which I cut out of Basic White cardstock.” Which die in the set cuts this backdrop?

    • I know, it’s a bit hard to describe. Included in the Brilliant Rainbow Dies is a three scalloped die. So what you would do is cut this out, but because it’s only three (and the rainbow itself has a lot more than that), you have to line it up and cut it out again. I had to do this three times to get my Basic White scallop long enough. If this is still not clear, please shoot me an email and I can send pictures – stampinjaimie@gmail.com
