Today’s card wraps up this week’s projects using the Spotlight on Nature Bundle…
an absolute must-have in my book!
You can keep things fairly simple or go all out with it – so many possibilities!
Spotlight on Nature Card Details:
My card starts off with Pool Party cardstock.
I then stamped the floral image and one butterfly (the upper right hand corner one) in Memento Black ink.
I wanted to add another butterfly looking the other way, so I inked up the butterfly really good, stamped it on the silicone mat, and put the cardstock over it to “stamp” it. This is called the Mirror Technique and I love how it came out!!
I then “lazily” colored in the images, but lightly applying just a hint of color with Petal Pink, Granny Apple Green, and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Markers.
I then matted this on Basic Black cardstock.
Lastly, I stamped the sentiment in Memento Black ink and cut it out with one of the Spotlight on Nature Dies.
