Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Mother’s Day Card

This month’s Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop theme is “Celebrate Spring.”

In Upstate New York the weekend of Mother’s Day every year we have a local Tulip Fest, so I had to use the Timeless Tulips for today’s card.

My card starts off with Daffodil Delight cardstock.  I then adhered over it a Daffodil Delight pattern from the Brights Designer Series Paper.

I then stamped the stem and leaves from the Timeless Tulips Stamp Set in Pear Pizzazz ink on Whisper White cardstock.  I cut it out using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.  I applied Daffodil Delight ink to the tulip stamps using a Dauber, fussy cut them out, and adhered them down using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I then stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Tulips Stamp Set in Pear Pizzazz ink and underneath it adhered a Daffodil Delight bow.
