Stampin’ Up! Snowflake Wishes Thank You Card

This week’s Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop is a theme challenge. Happy hopping!

My card starts with Purple Posy cardstock.

I then took a panel of Watercolor Paper and used the thick Water Painter to add lines. I alternated between Highland Heather, Pool Party, and Balmy Blue ink. I matted this on Whisper White cardstock and wound a Purple Posy bow around it.

I stamped the sentiment from the Snowflake Wishes Stamp Set in Highland Heather ink. I stamped one of the snowflakes behind it, stamping off for the lighter shade. I adhered this over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Lastly, I used the coordinating So Many Snowflakes Dies to cut out a bunch of snowflakes from Vellum cardstock.

Thanks for checking out my project today!

  1. Your card is really pretty. Those pastel colors are not ones I would typically think of using for a snowflake card, but they work perfectly with the vellum and ribbon.
