Stampin’ Up! Sunflower Birthday Card

Today’s card is another one using the really pretty Sunflower Embossing Folder.

It has such great detail to it and makes the prettiest cards, with not that much effort!

Sunflower Card Details:

My card starts off with Night of Navy cardstock.

I then took my Balmy Blue ink pad and wiped it along the inside of the Sunflower Embossing Folder. (Depending on which said you apply the ink will give you a different look).

I then matted this on Balmy Blue cardstock.

I stamped the sentiment from the Many Messages Bundle and cut it out with the coordinating die.
Behind it I added a Night of Navy panel.

Underneath it I adhered some Linen Thread.

I stamped the leaf from the Textured Notes Stamp Set, which I fussy cut out and adhered behind the sentiment.

Lastly, I added some Night of Navy Opal Rounds around.
