Today’s card share was inspired by the Fab Friday layout challenge.
My card starts off with a base of Thick Whisper White. If you’re using Whisper White as your card upon which you’ll build on, honestly, the Thick Whisper White is the way to go. It holds its shape and won’t bend or flop when opened up unlike the thinner (regular) Whisper White.
Next I layered a pattern from A Little Foxy DSP over some Pool Party and adhered that to the Whisper White
Then I took another pattern and made a 2′ banner out of it using the Triple Banner Punch and adhered that to the left of my card.
For my layering over the banner I first punched two swirlies from the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits, one in Smoky Slate and the other in Basic Gray. Then I stamped the sentiment from the Scenic Sayings stamp set in Pool Party, trimmed the edges, and adhered it over the swirlies using dimensionals.
To finish it off, I added just a few white sequins.
